Tonight’s video is a review of two very popular translucent makeup setting powders on the market Ben Nye Luxury Banana Powder and the Laura Mercier Translucent setting Powder.
Both of these powders are widely used by professional makeup artists, celebrities like Kim Kardashian, theatre companies, and makeup enthusiasts alike.
Ben Nye powders can be purchased online or in local theatre makeup stores. Laura Mercier’s setting powder can be purchased at Sephora or wherever Laura Mercier makeup products are sold.
I purchased the Ben Nye powder at a local theatre shop for $18.00 Canadian dollars. The Laura Mercier powder was purchased at a local Sephora in Toronto for $47.00 Canadian dollars.
