Okay so thisi workout is pretty much for calisthenics, gymnastics and athletes. Only thing you need is a pull up bar. ️
I just love pull ups. It’s a great way how we’re all able to train our back at home. With different variations we can target certain muscle groups we’re lagging.️
My favourite is wide grip variation ’cause I can focus more on often neglected muscle called teres major.
